ABOUT THIS TRIP

The Leander AFJROTC cadets are going to Hawaii!  You won't want to miss this incredible trip to paradise.  We'll be touring the Hickman Air Force Base and the historic Pearl Harbor!  There will also be time for relaxing at the beautiful Waikki beach and enjoying waves, climb Diamond Head and other site seeing activities.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

All deposits & payments must be made online and paid by credit card, in order to assist us with ease of tracking payments.

Payment dates:  Please note, if you are first signing up after the initial deposit date ensure that you are making all payments to be current with the below payment schedule.

• Deposit - November 20th

• 1st Payment - December 20th

• 2nd Payment - January 20th

• 3rd Payment - February 20th

• 4th Payment - March 20th

• 5th/Final Payment - April 20th

CANCELATION POLICY

The following per person fees apply for cancellations:

From 180 to 121 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 25% of package price per person;

From 120 to 91 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 50% of package price per person;

From 90 to 31 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 75% of package price per person;

From 30 calendar days before departure until the departure date the cancellation fee is the full package price.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (Optional)

If you would like to purchase individual travel insurance, the following are suggested companies.  You want to ensure that they offer "specifically cancel for any reason".

• Ground Transportation All ground transportation as per itinerary in Hawaii (Rental vans)
